Exchange and Return Policy- Local Online Orders

Reése has a strict NO return policy. Items once purchased, cannot be returned unless found to be of defective quality.

Customers are allowed to exchange the size only from the same design/color within 7 working days post order delivery. The item must not be worn, altered, or washed. Also, please note that the item(s) must be in its original packing with the invoice. Exchange requests without receipts will not be catered to.

Altered Items and Custom-made products cannot be exchanged. For custom made products, alterations are only catered to within 7 workings, after which all alteration requests will be charged as per the intensity of the required alteration. Alteration charges begin at PKR 2,000.

For orders within Pakistan, if an item has been wrongfully delivered (in terms of size, colour, or design) the customer has the right to request an exchange. All exchanges can only be made for the same product. All returns and exchanges for orders within Pakistan must be sent back to the address provided by Reése at the customer’s expense.

Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Also, please note that the item(s) must be in its original packing WITH the invoice. Exchange requests without receipts will not be catered to.

Altered Items and Custom-made products cannot be exchanged. For custom made products, alterations are only catered to within 3 workings at the store, after which all alteration requests will be charged as per the intensity of the required alteration. Alteration charges begin at PKR 2,000.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS- ONLINE

You may cancel your order any time before the order has been processed or confirmed by our customer support team. No order cancellation requests will be accommodated once it has been confirmed from our end. 

 
Reése reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason including the stock unavailability, pricing imprecisions, or the declined payment by your authorized financial institution. If an online payment/transfer was made, the customer will either be issued store credit or a refund. A refund will made to the same credit card that was used for the purchase and the amount may appear in your monthly credit card statement in 3-10 days.
